How deletion works

AuctIt is operated by Kuzuri Innovation Technologies Private Limited. Enter the mobile number on your AuctIt account. We send an SMS OTP, then you type permanently delete to confirm. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

If you cannot receive SMS, email hello@auctit.in from a reachable address and include the registered mobile number.

What we delete

Profile details, phone number, KYC, devices (push tokens), chats, offers, wishlist, and your listings (live listings are taken down first).

A-Coins and records we may keep

Remaining A-Coins are forfeited when the account is deleted. Refund unused purchased A-Coins first if you want the money back — see Buying & refunding. Promotional A-Coins are not refundable. We may keep limited payment, tax, and fraud records required by law.
